Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do our best to package our handmade, reusable cups very safely, but sometimes accidents happen. If they do, we will replace any Grounded Pottery Cup that has been damaged in transit (minus the lid). Take a picture of your cup immediately after opening and discovering the damage, ensure it is photographed with its postal packaging. You must notify us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receiving your package.
